At The Hoop Department, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, shipping methods, costs, and timelines.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to provide secure delivery. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available within the continental U.S.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available for an additional fee.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available for select locations at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Hoop Department is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at jordangoodrich.hoopsteam@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at jordangoodrich.hoopsteam@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
